Waters Spa Hours of Operation
The fitness facility, pool and locker rooms/sauna are open from 7:00 A.M. till 10:00 P.M.. The front desk is available from 7:00 A.M. till 6:00 P.M. to schedule appointments or answer questions. Hours may vary by season.
Fitness Facility Access Fee
Access is complimentary for resort guests. For non resort guests there is a $10 daily fee to use the pool, fitness facility and locker rooms. Health club memberships can be purchased from October through April for $90 per month. This includes use of the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center and locker rooms. There is a 10% discount on all spa services for health club members
Spa Reservations
We recommend that you schedule your spa appointments at least two weeks prior to your arrival so we can best meet your needs. Reservations must be secured with a major credit card or a resort confirmation number and a telephone number and are subject to availability. Please call 1-800-423-1211 to make your reservations.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance 50% of the value of your service will be charged. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.
Age Requirements
Use of the facility is restricted to guests 16 years of age or older. Guests younger than 16 are welcome to use the pool but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Spa Boutique/ Products
Waters Spa proudly features the Dermalogica skin car line and O.P.I. nail care, along with other spa products. You can bring home a taste of you spa experience to enjoy whenever you wish.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain a peaceful environment, we request all electronic devices be turned off while at Waters Spa.
Robes and slippers are provided for all guests receiving treatments. Our licensed staff is trained to ensure you are properly covered during your treatment session. This being said, if you feel more comfortable, you are more than welcome to wear your undergarments during the treatment session.
We request that you inform your therapist of an pertinent medical history prior to your treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, high blood pressure, diabetes, and pregnancy. If you are pregnant we ask that receive services only after the first trimester is over and if there are no complications. When receiving body scrubs, we recommend that you do not shave on the day of the treatment. If you wish to show you appreciation for excellent service a 15-20 percent gratuity is standard. |
