The only thing that could compete with the beautiful lake views from our main dining room is the creative new American cuisine from our chef. As the sun sets between the hills and its final rays glint off the lake, only 15 feet from the water, diners enjoy meals crafted with care from the freshest ingredients, highlighting local Vermont produce when in season. In this comfortable setting we do ask for a few simple touches of formality. We ask that (during the dinner meal) you wear pants--not shorts, and that you don't wear T-shirts, denim, or hats.

On the second floor of the Resort the Steamboat Lounge also offers a wonderful view of the lake. After dining, feel free to join us for some of Vermont's finest entertainment. The lounge offers both a spacious area for dancing as well as cozy candle-lit tables. From blues to jazz to good ol' rock & roll, we've got a great selection of performers to make your evening enjoyable.
